1. Please select pickup time first and read menu descriptions carefully as they have different available time.

2. When order has been placed during the opening hours, our kitchen will response to confirm the order in real-time.

To view the order status please click the link "View order status" in the order confirmation email that you received.

When we accept the order, status changes from "new" -> "accepted".

3. We are unable to cancel or refund the order once it has been accepted or proceeded, but refunds are available if the product purchased is supplied incorrectly.
